Microsoft 365 Migrations Update
.svg.png)
Hello,
I want to share a quick update on our Microsoft 365 migrations and ask for your help supporting the first group that just made the move.
What’s happening
Over the next few months, all Leo employees will be migrated into one central Microsoft 365 environment. When it’s your operating company’s turn, you’ll hear directly from your leaders with details on what to expect and how to stay productive during the transition.
• You’ll benefit from working in the same digital environment as colleagues across Leo.
• You’ll gain best-in-class cyber protections for your identity and your PC.
• Your email address will stay the same for now (the future move to @poweredbyleo.com will happen separately).
Where we need your help
First Choice migrated a few days ago. Thank you to that group for approaching this with such a positive spirit. Because of the migration, calendar invites and MS Teams chats from people outside First Choice are no longer carrying over.
If you work with First Choice colleagues (emails ending in @firstchoicestl.com), please:
• Re-send any existing calendar invitations that include them.
• Re-add them to MS Teams chats if you see they’ve dropped off.
Thank you
These migrations can be inconvenient, and we’re grateful for the patience, flexibility, and positive spirit you bring to the process. Every step we take brings us closer to a better-connected Leo, and we couldn’t do it without you.
One Contract - All of Leo

Simplifying how we work with Service Partners—one agreement, every division, endless opportunity
We’re excited to announce that beginning September 15, 2025, all Leo divisions will begin using a new, platform-level Master Service Agreement (MSA).
This means Service Partners who sign the Leo MSA can receive work authorizations across all divisions of Leo, eliminating the need for multiple agreements. Our centralized contracting and vendor management teams for Inside and Outside will use this agreement for all new Service Partners starting September 15, 2025.
Why this matters
One Contract. All of Leo.
Once a Service Partner signs the Leo MSA, they’re eligible to work across the full Leo platform. As one division expands the network, it benefits all of us. For our partners, this simplifies access to opportunities across every type of work Leo offers.
Clear Terms. Right Protections.
Work authorizations under this MSA set clear expectations for essentials like insurance, payment terms, and dispute resolution. The agreement has been reviewed by both our leadership team and external experts, ensuring we’re operating safely while protecting our people, partners, and clients.
Shared Access. No Duplication.
Executed MSAs will be stored in a centralized, searchable repository. This prevents duplication, makes agreements easy to find, and allows you to pull copies into your CRM quickly and easily.
Supporting tools
To support rollout, we’ve also created:
- Short-Form Contract – for Snow ER dispatch and limited reactive work
- Plain Language MSA – an easy-to-read version to help our team answer partner questions
- Sample Insurance Certificates – to streamline compliance reviews
- Document Repository – a searchable database for executed MSAs
What’s changing (and what’s not)
Changing
- This new platform-level MSA replaces legacy division-specific Service Partner agreements. Starting September 15, 2025, please use the new MSA and Short-Form Contract for all new Service Partners.
Not Changing
- Customer-facing MSAs remain the same at this time.
For existing partners on legacy, division-specific agreements, we’ll develop a project plan with operational leaders to transition them over in a thoughtful and efficient way.
This is another example of how we’re laying the foundation for a better-connected Leo—keeping what works, simplifying what doesn’t, and making life easier for our people.
Thanks for being part of this next chapter.
A Message From Cecil

Coming Soon: One HR System, One Payroll Process

As part of our journey to unify the Leo companies, we’re excited to share that we’re rolling out Paylocity, our new Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This is more than a system upgrade—it’s a step toward a simpler, more connected Leo.
Why This Matters
Right now, different parts of the company use different systems, processes, and payroll schedules. That complexity makes things harder than they need to be—for you, your manager, and our support teams.
Paylocity will help change that.
It brings together payroll, timekeeping, time off requests, and employee self-service into one easy-to-use platform. That means:
- A consistent experience for all Leo employees
- Faster, more accurate support from HR and Payroll
- A stronger foundation for future growth
What’s Ahead
We’re rolling out Paylocity in phases:
- The first phase goes live on October 1, 2025
- The remaining operating companies will transition by December 31, 2025
By the end of the year, all employees will be on the same system—and starting January 1, 2026, we’ll launch a single, standard payroll process across Leo.
As part of this change:
- The standard payroll frequency will be set to either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your role.
- Pay dates and frequency will be aligned across all companies
We recognize this may be a change for some employees and will share more specific details about your individual pay schedule, system training, and key transition dates well in advance so you can plan with confidence.
What You Can Do Now
No action is needed just yet—but we wanted you to be among the first to know. In the coming days, your HR Business Partner (HRBP) will reach out with more information including your specific go-live date for Paylocity and what the payroll frequency transition means for you.
We’ll make sure you have everything you need to plan ahead and feel confident in the transition.
This is one of the many ways we’re laying the foundation for a better-connected Leo—keeping what works, simplifying what doesn’t, and making life easier for our people.
Thanks for being part of this next chapter.
